Taxonomic note
Christensen (1970: 246) notes that a study of material from Vaucher's region (Christensen, 1969) has confirmed what was suspected by Blum, that V. terrestris sensu Gotz is V. hamata (Vauch.) DC., while V. hamata sensu Gotz includes V. terrestris (Vauch.) DC. - (18 April 2012) - G.M. Guiry
