Status of Name
This name is currently regarded as a synonym of Ulvaria blyttii (Areschoug) K.L.Vinogradova.

Lindstrom, S.C., Maggs, C.A. & Guiry, M.D. (2024). Ulvaria blyttii (Areschoug) K.L.Vinogradova is the correct name for a widely distributed species of Ulvaria Ruprecht (Ulvaceae, Ulvophyceae). Notulae Algarum 328: 1–8, 2 figures.
