Type locality: Issyk, Kazakhstan (43°15'11.16"N, 77°29'4.92"E); (Krivina & al. 2023: [13]) Holotype: 2013; freshwater lake; (Krivina & al. 2023: [13, 2]) Notes: Holotype: cryopreserved culture of the authentic strain Neochloris semenenkoi IPPAS C-1210 stored at the IPPAS coll. of microalgae and cyanobacteria, Moscow. Isotypes: authentic strain IPPAS C-1210 deposited in Algal Coll. of Soil Sci. Inst. (ACSSI) under disignation ACSSI 342.
