Type Information
Type locality: "This species occurs abundantly in the Lochleven [Perth and Kinross, Scotland] gatherings, but it occurs also in several gatherings made near Edinburgh, and in others from Fife, Stirlingshire, Lanarkshire, and elsewhere. Indeed it would seem not to be uncommon."; (Gregory 1856: 13)

Participle A (Latin), narrowed (Sreenivasa Rao 1965).
