Adjective (Latin), green (Stearn 1983).

Description
Non-motile cell, benthic, embedded in mucilage matrix, spherical, ovoidal or irregular shaped, 25.0-47.5 mm long, 25.0-37.5 mm wide; nucleus spherical, located in center of cell; tubular invagination, 5.0-9.0 mm in length; chloroplasts many, greenish yellow, 30-50 in number, discoidal, overlapping at periphery.
