Syntype localities: "In mari Nigro, sinibus Novorossijsk, Sebasopolis et in regione boreali-occidentali maris et in liminibus fluminum Dnestr et Dnepr. ["In the Black Sea, in the bays of Novorossiysk, Sebasopolis and in the northern-western region of the sea and on the banks of the rivers Dnestr and Dnepr.
