The type species (holotype) of the genus Lenormandiopsis is Lenormandiopsis latifolia (Harvey & Greville) Papenfuss.
Status of Name
This name is currently regarded as a synonym of Aneurianna lorentzii (Weber Bosse) L.E.Phillips.
