Type locality: Italy: Trieste; (INA 1996)an individual marked wit a red ring on preparation (epitype) (INA 1996) Notes: According to Blanco (2016: 110), this was validly published by means of a single figure, with no description, in Schmidt et al. (1874-1959: pl. 9, fig. 33 and this drawing is the holotype rather than the lectotype (da Silva et al. (2015).
