Taylor; 17 July 1924; MICH; Taylor 361 (Taylor 1960: 630) Notes: Taylor (1960: 630) notes that the type material was collected at a depth of ca. 21 metres and that there is an isotype located at "herbario Horti Botanici Neo-Eboracensis".
