Taxonomic note
Yoshida (1998: 293) gives this entity as a synonym of Punctaria latifolia Greville but lists Homoeostroma latifolium Okamura as "sensu" Okamura (1916: 8, pl. 153), which as it is the original description, must therefore be a synonym.
