Nomenclatural note
"Ceramium bisporum shows morpho-anatomical characters that agree with those proposed by Barros-Barreto, Maggs et M.A. Jaramillo in Barros-Barreto et al. (2023a) for the genus Yoneshiguea, firmly placing it in that genus. Therefore, although in absence of molecular data, the transfer of that species under the genus Yoneshiguea is here proposed."
