Glasgow & J.M. Burkholder; 23 July 1995; (Glasgow, Burkholder, Morton & Springer 2001: 238) Notes: Holotype: Fig. 1, SEM 93096-1 (CAAE); the parent material is H.B. Glasgow and J.M.
