Neotype locality: Astan, baie de Roscoff, France; (Maggs & Hommersand 1993: 225) Neotype: Magne; August, 1955; PC, Herb. J. Feldmann; 9204 (Maggs & Hommersand 1993: 225) Notes: The type collection was from rade de Brest, France, 21 ix 1951, designated as J Feldmann 8008, in PC, but no material of this collection is present in PC (F. Ardré, pers. comm. in Maggs & Hommersand, 1993). On Erythroglossum sandrianum near Brest, France (INA).
