Taxonomic notes
According to Silva, Basson & Moe (1996) the name Euhymenia schizophylla was used by Hohenacker, 1860: no. 374 but seemingly not validated, and treat it as a misapplied name for Kallymenia agardhii R. Norris, 1964: 91-96, figs. 1-7, pl. I (type locality: Robben Island, Table Bay, Cape Province, South Africa). - (06 October 2006) - G.M. Guiry
According to Papenfuss (in Silva, Basson & Moe, 1996), the name Kallymenia dentata was misapplied to this species by Delf & Michell (1921: 106, Three Anchor Bay record). - (11 May 2006) - G.M. Guiry
