Santa María, no 34-357, 27 Jan. 1934 (Taylor, 1945: 88, 89). De Clerck (2003: 173) gives the following data: Type locality: Post Office Bay, Isla Santa Maria, Galapagos; Holotype: AHFH in LAM Taylor No. 34-357.
