Distributional note
"This species was quoted from the Alboran Sea, with no comments, by Gallardo et al. (2016: tab. 4, p. 26). However, we think that it was erroneously inserted in the table as occurring in that area, because from a check of phycological literature dealing the Alboran Sea, there are no records of that species from that Sea."
